Your QuestSelect™ Subscription Makes It Easy To Get Care

To use your QuestSelect™ Labs subscription, simply login to your Revolt Healthcare Network member portal and download your QuestSelect™ ID cards.

Let your doctor know you are a QuestSelect™ member by showing your ID cards at your appointment.

Inside your member portal are instructions for how your doctor can order your labs through Quest, if they do not already do so.

After your labs have been collected and tested, your results will be sent to your provider, while you can view them online anytime through your member portal.
